Ortho PX is a high-precision, low-shrinkage photopolymer resin engineered for orthodontic models and dental applications on DLP LCD/MSLA 3D printers. It produces accurate, stable models with a smooth matte surface that’s easy to scan and ideal for aligner and appliance workflows.

Resin type: light-curing acrylate-based photopolymer
Appearance: opaque grayish-yellow liquid with mild acrylate odor
Viscosity (25 °C): approx. 100–200 mPa·s
Density (25 °C): approx. 1.05–1.12 g/cm³
Safety & handling
Ortho PX is intended for professional use in dental and orthodontic laboratories. Uncured resin can irritate skin and eyes and may cause allergic reactions; avoid ingestion and prolonged contact. Wear appropriate gloves, protective eyewear, and lab clothing, and work in a well-ventilated area. Prevent uncured resin from entering drains or the environment. Dispose of uncured waste according to local regulations.
